Our Story
PoshPups began in 2018 in Jersey City, NJ — a small, passion-driven business with one simple mission: give every pet the attentive, loving care they deserve. Under the name PoshPups JC, we spent three years building a tight-knit community of clients and four-legged friends across the city, offering in-home pet sitting, dog walks, and drop-in visits.
Word spread the old-fashioned way — through happy pets and grateful owners. Every walk, every drop-in, every overnight stay was a chance to prove that your pet is safe, loved, and having a great time while you're away.
At the end of 2021, we made a big leap — trading the Hudson River skyline for the Rocky Mountains and relocating to Colorado. We reintroduced ourselves as PoshPups Co, and the reception from our new community was immediately warm, enthusiastic, and overwhelming in the best way. It confirmed what we hoped: this was exactly the right move.
Colorado's pet-loving culture felt like home from day one. We've grown our services to match — adding like-home dog boarding so your pup can enjoy a real home environment rather than a kennel, alongside all the services our Jersey City families loved
